Eiffel Seine Hôtel 
Fodor's Review:
Opened in 2006, this stylish budget hotel mixes contemporary amenities and custom Art Nouveau decor. Located directly across from the Eiffel Tower's métro station, it's hard to believe this independently owned hotel doesn't cost twice as much. Thoughtful extras include the hearty buffet breakfast, free wireless Internet and free public parking.
