$$, Bistro, Trocadéro/Tour Eiffel
Fodor's Review:
A dramatic iron staircase connects the two levels of one of the most popular of Guy Savoy's fashionable bistros, done up in warm colors with cushy brown leather armchairs. Dining here is part theater, as the à la mode clientele demonstrates, but it's not all show. The generally good food includes spit-roasted free-range chicken with potato puree and scallops with spinach and beurre blanc sauce. A wide sidewalk terrace fronts the tree-shaded avenue Kléber.
