Andy Wahloo draws a refreshingly mixed crowd who come primarily to smoke hookahs and drink ginger-rum "Wahloo spéciale" beneath silk-screened Moroccan coffee ads. Background music tends toward Raï remixes (hip Arabic lounge music). And isn't that gorgeous front window groovy?
