Fodor's Review:
Alcazar, Sir Terence Conran's first makeover of a Parisian landmark, this restaurant has a stylish mezzanine-level bar under a huge glass roof. The theme changes nightly, from Sinatra oldies to digital-video mixes and house music. Tuesday night is all about the ladies, with "Demoiselles d'Alcazar" party.
