Not to mention the added frills of a stylish dining room, solid wine list, and contemporary bistro fare. What Chef Sylvain Nouin's monthly-changing menu lacks in size (it fits on a small blackboard) it more than makes up for in style. The two-course prix fixe menu (€19.80) is a steal, with offerings like an oxtail mille-feuille with celeriac starter, coriander-roasted
chicken with ginger-carrot mousseline, or slow-cooked lamb shank with port-infused prunes and panfried polenta.
