Pascal Marie's small restaurant has three prix-fixe menus, running EUR 12-EUR 29. The three-course dinner, with six selections per course, may include a half-dozen oysters, fillet of sole with a cider-based sauce, and pastries or chocolate gâteau for dessert. Lobster and skate with shallots lurk à la carte.
