Fodor's Review:

Top chef Bertrand Warin runs this restaurant in Ingouville, east of Fécamp. Reservations are essential—as are jacket and tie—for the elegant 17th-century dining room (except in midsummer, it's closed Monday and Tuesday, with no lunch Wednesday). Half-timber walls and Louis XIII chairs contrast with sleek, modern furnishings. The five pretty guest rooms, each with old wooden furniture and engravings, are for diners only; the largest has a terrace overlooking the garden.
