Fodor's Review:
Near the center curve of the River Isère is a Téléphérique (cable car), starting at quai St-Stéphane-Jay, which whisks you over the River Isère and up to the hilltop and its Fort de la Bastille, where there are splendid views and a good restaurant. Walk back down via the footpath through the Jardin Dauphinoise.
- Cost: EUR 6 round-trip
- Open: Apr.-Oct., daily 9 AM-midnight; Nov., Dec., Feb., and Mar., daily 10-6
