Riverboats traditionally stop at little Serrières, on the Rhône's west bank. Life on the water is depicted at the Musée des Mariniers du Rhône (Boatmen's Museum) in the wooden-roof Gothic chapel of St-Sornin.

  • Open: June 26-Sept. 30, Tues.-Sat. 2-7, Sun. 10-noon, 2-7. Guided tours Sun. at 10:15, 4; Thurs. and Sat. at 3:30; Wed. and Fri. at 4.
