This simple little restaurant delivers what other, pricier restaurants in town don't, won't, or can't: bistro fare that does honor to traditional Beaujolais cookery. All the all-stars are here: andouillette, hot sausage, pork with tarragon, and, for dessert, a luscious île flottante ("Floating Island" meringue). The prix-fixe menu, served lunch and dinner, is one of the best deals in the region.
