This simple little restaurant delivers what other, pricier restaurants in town don't, won't, or can't: bistro fare that does honor to traditional Beaujolais cookery. All the all-stars are here: andouillette (tripe sausage), hot sausage, pork with tarragon, and, for dessert, a luscious île flottante ("floating island" meringue). The prix-fixe menu—served at lunch (€25) or dinner (€36)—is one of the region's best deals.
