Café 203/Café 100 Tabac Review
These two clever sister bistros near the opera are young, hot, and happening. One is named for the Peugeot 203 (an antique model of which is parked outside), and the other is a play on "100/sans" (100% without) tobacco—yes, smoke-free. It is open from dawn to after midnight (but no Sunday breakfast), and the Italianate cuisine is fresh and original, fast, inexpensive, and delicious. For a quick pre- or post-opera meal, this is the spot.
