Chef Alex Alexanian's take on nouvelle cuisine is everything to every palate. If succulent game is your weakness, this is the place, especially during hunting season. If you're feeling stuffed with oversaturated traditional Lyonnais cuisine, try the special fruits et légumes (fruits and vegetables) menu, a creative feast of fresh goodies selected each morning from Les Halles market, just around the corner. Whether a dish is based on veal, rabbit, or sole, Alexanian's touch is always light on calories and heavy on flavor.
