Park Hôtel Grenoble Review

Grenoble's finest hotel, with spacious corner rooms over the leafy Parc Paul Mistral, is a sleek, smoothly run establishment that attends to guests with skill, good cheer, and the fabulous Le Louis 10 restaurant, with Marc Veyrat-trained Sandro Belle now in command. With éclat and panache, Belle has brought Veyrat's Alpine take on contemporary molecular gastronomy to Grenoble. Classics are here, if you wish a fine foie gras de canard poêlé aux figues (duck liver sautéed with figs) or the tournedos de charolais aux morilles (Charolais beef with morels). But for a more modern adventure, place your trust in M. Belle's tasting menu at a table in front of the restaurant's roaring fireplace.
