Fodor's Review

Erté prints set a stylish tone in the guest rooms at this stylish Belle Époque hotel off Place de la République. Other pluses include a courteously efficient staff and the fact that the Rhône is just across the street. Mostly modern furnishings are offset by one special piece of furniture per room, such as an armoire or writing desk. Breakfast is extra.

comme si comme ça

We stayed at this hotel multiple times during the summer of 2005, while studing in Lyon. It had a/c that worked! Though not the "Ritz" it is certainly not a horrible hotel. The staff was always helpful, the breakfast acceptable, and the rooms and service clean and good. For $100 a night it was better than most. Sure, not worth $200+ but a very acceptable hotel, even if it was in an American city. Au revoir et bon voyage
