Fodor's Review

The southern quadrant of Paul Bocuse's quartet, located in Lyon's central Bellecour neighborhood, this modern, sun-drenched eatery (with great people-watching potential) focuses on cooking from France's Mediterranean. Olive oil in all its glory takes front and center, whether spicy and green to complement fresh fish or vividly floral in a slow-cooked tagine of roasted eggplant, sweet onions, and preserved lemon. The wines of sunny Provence feature prominently of the excellent wine list, as do those of the Rhône.
