The setting here is authentic turn-of-the-20th-century brasserie, with tiled floors, globe lamps, crisp white table linens, and a miles-long zinc bar. One of legendary chef Paul Bocuse's quartet of brasseries around the city, Le Nord has the feel of a traditional Lyonnais bouchon, with the classic fare to match—ris de veau (sweetbreads), boudin noir (blood sausage), creamed chicken, the local classic quenelles (fish sausage), and plenty of house-made charcuterie.
