Rochecorbon makes its own wines and you can explore a vast group of underground galleries at the Grandes Caves Saint-Roch, along the main river road. Learn about the extraction of tufa stone, and the methods of cave mushroom-growing and silkworm-production, and taste the Blanc-Foussy whites.
