At the far end of the racetrack, in a building that began life as an Anglican chapel, lost its tower, then served as a private gym, is one of the classier restaurants in Chantilly. It serves traditional French cuisine, some of it on the hearty side (andouillettes, calf's head, game stew in season). Other dishes, with a more subtle touch, include roast suckling pig, duck with honey and spices, and lobster terrine. A EUR 26 menu makes it a suitable lunch spot. There's a good wine list and choice of wine by the jug.
