Fodor's Review:

You can bank on traditional, unpretentious cooking at this lively former coaching inn in the center of town, close to the château park; ask for a table by the window overlooking the square, with the château visible beyond. Service is good, as is the selection of prix-fixe menus (EUR 21-EUR 36). Chef Gabriel Niort specializes in hearty Perigord cuisine from southwest France, including foie gras, chicken fricassee with crayfish, along with game and wild mushrooms in season.
