You can savor these from each of its cozy rooms (No. 1 is the largest and brightest) or from the chic restaurant, where the cooking can be inspired—try the sea bass with cockles and fennel, or the chicken with morels and asparagus (restaurant is closed Monday, no dinner Sunday).
