Le Cabouillet

Fodor's Review:

The riverside Cabouillet aptly reflects the quiet charm of L'Isle-Adam, thanks to its pretty views over the Oise. You can savor these from each of its cozy rooms (No.1 is the largest and brightest) or from the chic restaurant, where the cooking can be inspired—try the sea bass with cockles and fennel, or the chicken with morels and asparagus (restaurant closed Monday, no dinner Sunday). Pros: good restaurant; riverside setting. Cons: small rooms; no Internet.
