The Musée Tavet-Delacour, housed in a turreted mansion in the center of Pontoise, stages good exhibitions and has a permanent collection that ranges from street scenes and landscapes by Norbert Goenutte and other local painters to contemporary art and the intriguing abstractions of Otto Freundlich.
