Fodor's Review:

This small, rustic bistro on the main street close to the château in Maintenon offers a cheerful welcome and home cooking with stews, duck, rack of lamb, and tête de veau (calf's head) among the specialties. There are good choices in the three-course set menu at lunchtime (EUR 28). M.
