You can dine under the beams or the century-old fig tree at this lovely little garden hideaway (covered and heated in winter), just off the ramparts and behind the cathedral. Chef Frédéric Ramos serves an ambitious menu of Provençal specialties, many with a Niçois accent: fish soup, deep-fried zucchini flowers, red mullet socca (chickpea pancake).
