This port bistro overlooking the docks of Amirauté serves simple but sound combinations of maritime and up-country ingredients. Fresh fish and shellfish are the specialty, with spaghetti au langouste (with lobster) and goujonnettes de Saint pierre grillées (grilled filet of sole) with sweet onion chutney as signature dishes in chef Nicolas Baubé's repertoire of seafood creations.
