Corsica Restaurants

Emile's Review

With its panoramic views of the port on an open terrace, you're lucky if you find a table here during summer. This elegant restaurant (which unfortunately lost its coveted Michelin star) serves gastronomic prix fixe menus for lunch and dinner. Classic French cuisine with terroir (local Corsican) wines are featured, but fresh catches of the day hold center stage. Prices run from steep to splurge; try the €140 seasonal dégustation menu.
