Fodor's France 2014
Le Week End
Le Week End Review
Head ten minutes north of downtown Ajaccio to this family-owned eatery where white rattan furniture and blue tablecloths are overshadowed by a spectacular ocean view and fine seafood menu. Here you'll find everything from marinated octopus and tuna spring rolls to grilled sar (red sea bream) and rockfish soup. Family-run since 1956, this restaurant flourishes by secret recipes handed down from generations. History can still be found in the fireplace lounge, where velvet chairs and family paintings date back to 1920.
