About a five-minute walk from Reims's cathedral, this small room features creative, contemporary French cuisine in charming pastel-toned surroundings. Try fillet of cod with tarragon-flavored crumble, breast of Guinea fowl served with truffle-enhanced smashed potatoes, or panfried scallops with vegetable-stuffed cannelloni in a Champagne sauce—just be sure to leave room for the desserts, which are almost too pretty to eat.
