La Dame d'Aquitaine

La Dame d'Aquitaine Review

In the handsome stone cellar of a sumptuous 17th-century mansion, this restaurant has long been a gastronomic mainstay on the Dijonaise scene. The talented owners Sabine and Laurent Perriguey showcase seafood like panfried scallops on a bed of confit of potatoes. Another highlight is tournedos of beef "Rossini" (that is, topped with warm fois gras) dusted with fine slivers of truffle. The moderate prix-fixe menus offer succulent value.
