La Dame d'Aquitaine

La Dame d'Aquitaine Review

In the handsome stone cellar of a sumptuous 17th-century mansion, La Dame d'Aquitaine has long been a gastronomic mainstay on the Dijonaise scene. The talented owners, Sabine and Laurent Perriguey, prepare dishes like sole meunière with potato pasta in a seafood sauce, or tournedos of beef "Rossini" (that is, topped with warm fois gras) dusted with slivered truffle. The moderate prix-fixe menus are a great value.
