Château de Meursault Review

This elegant, well-visited château has been producing a miraculous Meursault since the seventh century. Walk up the recently opened Allée des Maronniers through the vines to the château's cour d'honneur. Visits to cellars dating from the 14th and 16th centuries and an art gallery are part of the free-range tour, which includes a sommelier-aided tasting of seven wines and costs €15 per person. More elaborate theme-based guided tours (€30) are available by appointment. English is spoken.
