Fodor's Review:

The four classically decorated, color-coded rooms, all with private entrances and en suite bathrooms, belie the bed-and-breakfast tag of this picturesque 18th-century country residence. The spectacular walled flower garden, hailed as one of the world's finest, is a fragrant haven of calm. Within walking distance of Vézelay itself and on the edge of the Morvan, it's an ideal base for touring the region. Pros: beautiful gardens; comfortable, spacious rooms. Cons: car essential; no credit cards.
