A modernizing face-lift in shades of chocolate and taupe can only serve to boost the popularity of this restaurant in the center of town, where the balance between elegant and casual finds expression in the wide choice of dishes on offer. The upscale à la carte menu is replete with exceptional fish specialties while the €30 La Tradition menu includes a joue de porc aux pruneaux et raisins (pig cheeks with prunes and grapes) and magret de canard aux griottes (duck breast with morello cherries).
