Hôtel Central Review
This well-run establishment 100 yards from the Hospices de Beaune lives up to its name and offers good, clean guest rooms at a gentle price. The stone-wall restaurant (closed Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and all December) is cozy—some might say cramped—and the consistently good cuisine is popular with locals, who come to enjoy œufs en meurette and coq au vin. Service is efficient, if a little hurried.
