Fodor's Review:
Of the many restaurants in the area, this one is the best value. Well-prepared dishes range from escargots to boeuf Bourguignon with braised endive. Dine either at the sidewalk tables or inside, where traditional French decor -- mirrors and polished wood -- predominates.
