Laurent Ollive has taken over and rechristened Yannick Lalande's legendary Dinard eatery and now concentrates mainly on fish and seafood, serving up such delicacies as crawfish with walnuts and salmon with mustard-grain sauce Ollive has retained the restaurant's home-sweet-home decor: lots of wood, forged iron, a cozy palette of Provençal red, orange, and yellow, and a fireplace.
