Musée Historique (Local History Museum) Review

This museum, in a step-gabled slaughterhouse dating from 1588, contains a collection of maps, armor, arms, bells, uniforms, traditional dress, printing paraphernalia, and two huge relief models of Strasbourg. Note that the museum is being renovated to include exhibits covering the history of Strasbourg: some sections of it may be closed to the public until work is completed.
