Mami Review
The name means "Mom" in Finnish and the regulars at this small-yet-airy riverside bistro feel right at home. The bright green-and-white dining room is outfitted with chairs from the '60s and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the river. The menu changes monthly and always includes seasonal ingredients in its fresh fish dishes, including charcoaled slightly-smoked salmon over potato salad or grilled whitefish with beetroot and cream spiced with anchovies. Prompt yet friendly service and individual hand-towels in the bathrooms complete the comfortable atmosphere. If only Mom cooked this well.
