Arktikum (Arctic Research Center) Review
One of the best ways to tune in to the Finish far north culture is to visit the Arktikum, 1 km (½ mi) north of Lappia-Talo. The Arktikum houses the Lapland Provincial Museum, whose riveting exhibit on Sami life tells the full story of their survival.
