Some of the best burgers in the city emerge from this relaxed and central gastro pub that's open late. Along with classics dishes like pork knuckle and steamed mussels, Stone's serves seven basic, and very different, burgers, all six ounces. The black and bleu is a Cajun-blackened burger with Roquefort cheese—it's mouthwatering. "China porky" is a pork burger glazed in an Asian sauce. The beef here is all organic and locally sourced; the buns are cooked on site, and you can taste it. This unpretentious and cozy place nevertheless takes its beer pretty seriously too, with 15 on draft. Every couple months, the two that sell the least are replaced.
