Fodor's Review:
Helsinki Festival, a performance and visual-arts celebration that goes on around the city, including a specially erected tent near the City Theater, is held yearly in late August-early September. The Festival includes the Night of the Arts, during which much of the population is outdoors watching street performances, while galleries and theaters are open late and free of charge.
