Töölönranta

Fodor's Review:

The upscale Töölönranta packs in plenty of operagoers, since it's right behind the National Opera House overlooking the bay. An innovative water-cooled wok on display in the wide-open kitchen turns out stir-fried specials. Other favorites include arctic char, wild duck, and game dishes. In summer, when the patio catches the evening sun, this is a superb place to savor a beer.
