Fourth Floor Café
Fourth Floor Café Review
The Harvey Nichols department store's roaring success is partly due to the lure of this swank eatery, a standout for both food and dramatic, high-tech design. The well-crafted Modern British menu changes bimonthly, but is sure to have stylish takes on such dishes as poached duck eggs with celeriac and peas, chcken breast with truffles, morels, and pomme purée, and slow-cooked filet of local beef. There's a two-course set menu for £17.50, and three courses are £20.
