George and Pilgrim Hotel Review

Pilgrims en route to Glastonbury Abbey stayed here in the 15th century. Today the stone-front hotel is equipped with modern comforts but retains its flagstone floors, wooden beams, and antique furniture. The rooms come in different shapes and sizes, and the better ones are spacious and furnished with antiques; three rooms have four-posters. Rooms in the newer part of the building lack character but are cheaper.
