Indoors or outside, you can enjoy a great budget meal at the 16th-century Kingsbury Watermill, near the Verulamium Museum. The organic flour for the sweet-and-savory Belgian waffles comes from Redbournbury Watermill, just north of the city. In the main dining room you can see the wheel churn the water of the River Ver.
