Hotel du Vin Review

An elegant sandstone house dating from 1762 has been transformed into a chic boutique hotel with polished wood floors and luxurious furnishings. Oriental rugs give public rooms a warmth that is both intimate and grand, and guest rooms are minimalist and modern, with pampering bathrooms. The Burgundy Bar stocks a fine selection of wines from the eponymous region of France. In the bistro, the contemporary menu changes daily but is strong on creamy soups, crisp salads, and grilled steaks.
