Terre à Terre Review

This inspiring vegetarian restaurant is incredibly popular, so come early for a light lunch or later for a more sophisticated evening meal. The wood tables are modern but simple; it's the food that shines. Dishes span the globe in terms of their influences, so choose deep-fried corn cakes with avocado and chilies or carrot custard with pickled beets, then move on to braised tempeh with pumpkin polenta or dumplings with a Szechuan-style stir-fry. There's also an excellent collection of wines from around the globe.
