The only branch of this super-hip minichain outside London, Rasa serves surprisingly authentic, exceptionally delicious Indian cuisine. The menu is short, focusing entirely on specialties from India's Kerala region; meat is used sparingly, but there are plenty of fish and vegetarian options. Try the kappayum meenum vevichathu, which mixes king fish and tamarind in a spicy, fragrant sauce, or the chemmeen masala, prawns prepared with a tangy tomato and chili reduction. A shared dosa is the ideal way to mop up the last of those heavenly sauces—they're light-as-a-feather flatbreads, stuffed with vegetables or curried potatoes.
