At this convivial restaurant, cheerful raspberry-hue walls and unfussy walnut furnishings create a nicely laid-back vibe that complements the excellent food. Organic vegetables and free-range meat, sourced mostly from the surrounding region, are a specialty. The seasonal menu features such dishes as beef and oyster pie, salmon with rapeseed mash, and roasted chicken with pearl barley and spiced sausage risotto.
