Feathers Hotel Review

You can't miss the striking black-and-white facade of this centrally located hostelry, which dates from the 16th century; its interior has a satisfyingly antique flavor, with wooden beams, creaking staircases, and ancient floorboards, and some rooms have four-posters. The hop-bedecked Fuggles Brasserie (named after a variety of hop) and the more formal Quills restaurant serve plenty of fresh fish, as well as lighter meals.
