Margaret Howell Review
These quintessentially English clothes are understated yet manage to look utterly contemporary. Howell mixes impeccable British tailoring and traditional fabrics (linen, cashmere, and tweed) with relaxed modern cuts. A fan of 20th-century household design, the designer also showcases vintage Ercol furniture in her Wigmore Street boutique. There are other branches in Fulham and Mayfair.
