Here is Europe's most comprehensively arranged collection by master surrealist Salvador Dalí. The many exhibits—from art to sculpture, to furniture, to jewelry—are organized in themes (Sensuality and Femininity, Religion and Mythology, and Dreams and Fantasy), and thus the museum tries to give visitors a reflection of how Dalí thought out his work. There are more than 500 pieces on show, but highlights undoubtedly include the Mae West Lips Sofa, the Lobster Telephone, and Spellbound, a dream sequence, made for the Hitchcock movie of the same name. Although there's much to take in, this museum has a much more commercial flavor and lacks the intimacy of other Dalí museums.
